Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:

• Free shipping on orders $100+.
• Standard shipping rate is $5.95.
• We do our best to get orders out in a timely manner. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped. Shipping time is approximately 3-7 business days.
• Exchanged items that need to be shipped will be charge for shipping.

Local Pickup:

• Local pickup orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days.
• An address will be provided through email when local pickup is selected. Your pickup location will be based on your address. This is only available for the Clarion and Eagle Grove, IA surrounding areas. 
• We ask that you pick up your order within one week of ordering. 

Tangled Pearl Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in transit. You will need to contact the carrier to file a claim.
