Refund policy

Not completely in love with your purchase? Tangled Pearl Boutique accepts returns within 14 days of the purchase date. 

• Purchases are eligible for store credit. 
• All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Exchanged items that need to be shipped will be charged for shipping.
• Items returned will only be accepted in the condition you received them in. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the tags still attached.
• Sale items are final sale.
• Defective or damaged items may be returned within 14 days after notifying Tangled Pearl Boutique of the damage.

To make a return:

• The customer is responsible for purchasing a return label at any desired carrier.
• Return the package to the address on the label of the package you received. 
• Include the packing slip with the items you are returning.
